ONLINE APPOINTMENTS
You may need a patch test
- To make sure your skin doesn't react to the products used in your treatment, head to the clinic 48h -or more-before your 1st Treatment for a patch test, or book online now!
- If you already had one in the past 12 months at our clinic, you don't need to do it again.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another client. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in charge and cancellation of your appointment after 10 minutes of the appointment due time and date. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Please note all pre-paid treatments and deposits are non refundable.
